To oversimplify things, I’m a corporate wage slave with several personal passions that keep me sane and nurture my soul: writing, bicycling, astronomy, Tarot cards, crochet, foreign languages, photography, etc. I would need several lifetimes to fully explore everything I’m interested in.

Time is of the essence, none of us has enough. But to have time to explore everything that interests us, is that greedy? I don’t think so. The real shame is that without money, i.e., being a wage slave, our time to explore is greatly limited. What a wonderful world it would be, if we could all be engaged in doing things that we enjoyed. Or would that make life too easy?

Well, I don’t think we need to worry about having all the time we want to explore our interests any time soon. At least I don’t. Unless I win the lottery (I think you have to actually buy a ticket to do that, though… hm…) I’m sure my time is going to remain limited for the foreseeable future. No worries about an easy life here!
